Snow is on the ground, but plans for summer are under way at Glasgow Independent Schools. Registration begins Feb. 15 for Dawg Days Summer Camp which runs 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 5 – 23.
The camp is designed for first- through sixth-graders.
“Students will have an opportunity to explore new and exciting projects in the arts, engineering, mathematics, and sciences. Teachers will provide engaging, hands-on activities that will incorporate reading and math so students can continue to develop those skills while having fun,” said Tara Martin, supervisor of instruction for Glasgow Independent Schools.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day as well as a midmorning snack from a local food truck such as the Groovy Gus Donut Bus, Kona Ice or Udderly Delicious.
