The 2023 Kentucky Living photo contest has begin and, as always, the publication is seeking outstanding photographs of life in Kentucky.
“We are looking for the most stunning and captivating photos that capture the essence of Kentucky living. We want to see how you interpret the beauty of the Bluegrass State,” Kentucky Living magazine said in a social post inviting Kentuckians to participate.
Participants may submit up to two entries in each of the five categories – animals, nature, people, Kentucky travel, and aerial images. There will be 20 winners selected and 20 prizes awarded.
The magazine intends to publish the images its July edition, and there will also be an online people’s-choice aspect to the contest. The contest is open to co-op consumer-members and the public, both amateur and professional photographers. Entries are accepted from photographers ages 13 and up; however, children ages 13 through 17 must have parental consent to apply online.
The deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on March 31.
