Petra Lateece McMorris
On Thursday, the Glasgow Police Department arrested a Las Vegas, Nevada, woman on several charges.
Officers responded to Pharmacy Express in reference to a compliant of a female subject that had fled on foot after a Barren County Sheriff’s Office deputy attempted to make contact with her. Officers determined that Petra Lateece McMorris had forged a prescription and was trying to get the prescription filled at the pharmacy.
McMorris was charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot); criminal possession of a forged prescription, first offense; wrongfully filling prescriptions, first offense; and forgery of a prescription, first offense.
The arrest was made by Sgt. Wesley Hicks, who was assisted by BCSO.
