The Barren County Family YMCA hosts the third annual Purse and Pamper BINGO fundraiser Saturday. The event will be at the Old French Restaurant with refreshments served by Bluegrass Vineyard.
The evenings entertainment will be a musical performance by Glasgow’s own Colton Kise. BINGO will go on for 20 rounds with a designer purse valued at $300 or more awarded each round.
The YMCA will use funds received for a new playground for local children.
“The YMCA is so grateful for the wonderful people that support our organization by attending events such as Purse and Pamper,” said Tara Bailey, the YMCA’s CEO. “The proceeds will go directly to our childcare programs and the construction of a new playground for children in our community.”
“I love attending this event. It is a fun way to spend an evening with friends, and a great way to support a local non-profit that does so much for us,” Andrea Sewell said.
Tickets are $50 for an individual, or a table for eight can be reserved for $300. To purchase tickets text “PAMPER” to 41444.
