Update: The debris has been cleared from the lines and a vast majority of Farmer’s members have had power restored.
According to the Farmer’s RECC outage map, around 200 members are without power in the Cave City area.
Linemen are on site at the moment working to restore power to its members. The cause of the outage appears to be from a fallen tree landing on the power lines.
No time has been given on when power will be restored but members effected should try to stay cool with hand fans and shade as the area is under a heat advisory.
