Emmett “Butch” Bellamy

Emmett Weston “Butch” Bellamy, 62, of Glasgow died surrounded by family on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023. Butch was born Aug. 7, 1961, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Emmett Wesley Bellamy and late Retha May Johnson. Butch was a U.S. Army veteran, motorcycle enthusiast, avid football fan and a man who served his lord.
Survivors include his two daughters, Tresia May Bellamy and Ariel Paige Eaton (Tyler), and his son, Emmett Clifton Bellamy (Christy), all of Glasgow; two grandsons, Matthew Marcum and Hunter Eaton; five granddaughters, Loralei Marcum, Allison Eaton, Skyler Bellamy, Scarlett Bellamy and Erin Eaton; two sisters, Debra King (Don) and Gina Bradshaw (Binky), both of Oklahoma; three nieces, Ashley King and Deanna Gramm of Oklahoma and Kalin Lee (Steven) of Alaska; a nephew, Kelby Bradshaw of Oklahoma; and one great-niece, Taylor Gramm of Oklahoma.
Funeral service is at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, 2023, at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home. Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Wanda Davis, 74, of Glasgow died Monday, Sept. 11, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was a loving mom, nana, sister and friend.
A daughter of the late Raymond Bransford Turner and Margaret A. Best Turner, she was born Sept. 23, 1948, in Cumberland County and later moved to the Park community. She was a 1966 graduate of Hiseville High School and an active lifelong member of the Glasgow community. She worked for several Glasgow businesses including Houchens, LifeSkills Inc., Pharmacy Express and Pedigo-Lessenberry Insurance Agency. People were drawn to her liveliness, humor and infectious joy for life. She loved to travel and was always up for an adventure, especially if it involved her family or the beach. She met life with a smile, endless optimism and a generous spirit.
She is survived by her three children, Sheila Botts, Charlie Botts and Corey Davis (Monica); six grandchildren, Emma Botts, Zoe Hartman, Dakota Botts, Pacey Botts, Ella Davis and Griffin Davis; two brothers, Joe Turner (Melinda) and Larry Turner (Clara); three sisters, Marie Owens (Bob), Betty Hare and Diane Phelps; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Nancy Bennett and Helen Spears.
Funeral service is at noon Sunday Sept. 17, 2023, at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to noon Sunday at the funeral home.
