Anthony Joe Walden 51, of Glasgow died Friday, March 29, 2024, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a son of Joe David Walden and Geralean Anderson (Robert). He was employed by Dollar General Corp. and worked at the Haywood store location.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Lisa Walden; two sons, Johnathon Walden (Kayla) and Nick Walden; one granddaughter, Addilynn Walden; one brother, James Anderson; and two sisters, Donna Stinson and Briana Anderson.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and William Anderson.
Funeral service is at 6 p.m. Tuesday April 2, 2024, at Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, with cremation later. Visitation is from 1 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Shirley Lucille Wilson, 58, of Glasgow died Thursday, March 28, 2024, at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Shirley Richard Morgan and Doris C. Huff Morgan. She was the owner and operator of Shirley Wilson Janitorial Services.
Survivors include her husband, Ricky Wilson; two daughters, Chassedy Wyatt and Jamie Forest (Jacob); nine grandchildren, Morgan Bunch, Aubree Bullington, Jessie Carter, Axel Neal, Madden Neal, Austin Cross, Trigg Forest, Aiden Forest and Bentley Carter; one sister, Crystal Morgan; and two nieces, Heather Stunson (Chris) and Whitney Rust (Bradley).
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Amanda Mae Morgan Wood.
A private family graveside service in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery is planned.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to help with funeral expenses. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
