Wayne Bewley, 86, of Bardstown died Sunday March 31, 2024, in Bardstown. He was born Sept. 30, 1937, in Fountain Run and was an employee for 31 years at Bird & Son Vinyl Co.
Wayne gave his heart to his lord at a young age and was a member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church near Fountain Run. In 1967, he moved his family to Bardstown, where he and his family attended Bardstown Church of God.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Wanda Estelene Graves Bewley of Bardstown; two sons, Rick (Brenda) Bewley of Bardstown and Rocky (Lori) Bewley of Shepherdsville; three granddaughters, Brittinia Bewley, Meagan (Bryan) Holt and Lexie (Dakota) Gilley; three great-grandchildren, Solomon Case, Harper Holt and Wade Holt; brother, J. Lewis Bewley of Fountain Run; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Everett and Erma Eskel Wyatt Bewley, and sister, Virginia Bewley Dedmon.
Funeral service is at 11 a.m. EDT Thursday April 4, 2024, at Barlow Funeral Home in Bardstown, with burial in Fountain Run Cemetery. Pastor Ed Lainhart is officiating. Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. EDT Wednesday and 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday EDT at the funeral home, which is entrusted with arrangements.

Robert Allen Fields, 55, of Glasgow died Thursday, March 28, 2024. A native of Barren County, he was a son of the late Robert Henry Fields and Verna Katherine Coomer Taylor.
Survivors include three children, Mikayla Fields, Gena Jones and Dakota Fields, all of Glasgow; 12 grandchildren, Heaven Fields, Jaiden Fields, Andrew Vincent, Kaitlyn Greenwalt, Isabella Greenwalt, Ailee Greenwalt, Sophia Greenwalt, Memphis Greenwalt, Cody Greenwalt, Brentley Fields, Brianna Fields and Avenly Fields; three brothers, James Fields, Jerry Fields and John Fields (Jennifer); two sisters, Nettie Fields (Louis) and Patricia Fancher (Gary); and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Mitchell Fields, and three sisters, Katherine Louise Simmons, Linda Cline and Ella Davis.
Funeral service is at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.

Carolyn Inez Lyons, 79, of Glasgow died Friday, March 29, 2024, at her residence. She was born July 12 ,1944, in Glasgow to the late Alonzo Thomas Glass and the late Renie Ester (McCoy) Glass.
Survivors include her partner in life, Rick Williams; four grandchildren, Mallie Boston, Daniel Lyons, Matthew Boston and Charles Lee Brown; five brothers, Larry Glass Sr., Bernice Glass, Lonnie Ray Glass, Leland Glass and Perry Glass; two sisters, Regina Cleary and Ruthene Glass; and several nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Tammy Neagle, caregiver, friend and niece.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by two children, Ricky Lyons and Regina Boston; four brothers, Jerry Glass, Hollis Glass, John William Glass and Marshal Glass; and two fur babies, Bull and Mac.
Funeral service is at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Randolph Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and continues Thursday morning until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
