This month Cheetah Clean Auto Wash excitedly announced the successful acquisition and brand conversion of WaterWorks Auto Washes in both Glasgow and Bowling Green. This expansion underscores Cheetah Clean’s dedication to delivering top-quality car wash services. Furthermore, Cheetah Clean has refurbished all acquired WaterWorks locations with improved equipment and chemical processes, ensuring that customers enjoy an enhanced car wash experience with confidence.

With this recent acquisition, Cheetah Clean Auto Wash now owns and operates 11 facilities, and will soon own 12, much to the excitement of CEO Jeff Fields. Fields is also pleased with Cheetah Clean’s Kentucky-rooted legacy.

“The first Cheetah Clean was opened in 2002. I am proud to say all owners are Kentucky owners,” Fields said. “There is a lot of growth in the car wash industry, and we are all about growth, supporting our staff and growing community.”

Founder and CEO Jeff Fields is Kentucky born, and proud of the Kentucky owners and community oriented spirit of Cheetah Clean.

As part of the Glasgow’s Cheetah Clean grand opening, not only are they offering free car washes to the community, Fields said they have partnered with Community Relief Fund of Glasgow Barren County Inc., giving them $5 for every car wash they do.

Stacey Janes of the Community Relief Fund spoke on behalf of the organization at the Grand Opening on Wednesday, detailing the good they do in Glasgow and Barren County.

“We have an all local board tuned to the needs of local people. We assist about 154 families a month with food, and we help with rent and housing for people here,” Janes said.

“We truly love do support the communities we are part of, and provide a great car washing service. As the founder and CEO of Cheatah Clean, I am dedicated to providing an excellent service,” Fields said.

“The No. 1 thing we promote is the quality of the car wash and how much energy we put into washing and cleaning the car. We can even clean things like tree sap, mold and mildew. We provide a car wash that is similar to a detailing service, but affordably,” Fields said.

Local officials are proud to have such a business with community at the heart its endeavors.

Glasgow natives and WKU athletes, wide receiver Dalvin Smith and golfer Nina McMurtrey, were in attendance at the grand opening, along with the Cheetah himself.

“This is a wonderful family built organization, and it has been built right. It is a very positive scene,” said Glasgow Mayor Henry Royse.

Barren County Judge-Executive Jamie Bewley Byrd echoed the sentiment by saying, “Thank you for investing in community.”
