The Glasgow Police Department is currently investigating a report of “Shots Fired” at Gorin Park in Glasgow, GPD Public Information Officer Terry Flatt confirmed over the phone.
According to Flatt, officers responded to the call around 8:45 p.m. on Aug. 23. Currently, Flatt said, there are no reports “of injuries or victims at this time.” He further said officers recovered 6 shell casings around the basketball courts in the park.
Flatt said the investigation is ongoing.
