The Caverna Independent Schools Board of Education will receive lump sum sealed bids for the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor and supervision required for the renovation of the existing Home Economics Classroom to a Culinary Kitchen at Caverna High School.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at the Caverna Independent Board of Education office at 1102 North Dixie Hwy, Cave City, KY 42127, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre bid conference will be held on Friday August 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM, prevailing time, at the Caverna Independent Board of Education office at 1102 North Dixie Hwy, Cave City, KY 42127. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

A 5% Bid Security and 100% Performance and Payment Bond are required for this project. The scoring of proposals is subject to reciprocal preference for Kentucky resident bidders and preferences for a Qualified Bidder.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner.
