A male juvenile has been charged with second-degree terroristic threatening after he made threats of “shooting up” Glasgow High School.
According to a press release from the Glasgow Police Department, both the GPD and the high school investigated the threat and found no firearm either on the juvenile or at the school.
The school took to social media with a brief statement emphasising that “at no time were students in harm’s way.”
“The Glasgow Police Department and the Glasgow Independent School System take all threats serious in nature and will fully prosecute any threat,” the department stated in the release.
