Breakfast will be served to veterans in South Central Kentucky on Nov. 8. South Central Bank, for two decades, has recognized those who have served in the military, and first responders, by providing a free morning meal.
Owen Lambert, South Central Bank Glasgow President, said the event is growing each year. It is an important tribute to those who have fearlessly defended our country, he said, and those who provide safety in our communities.
“We are extremely grateful for the service of our veterans and first responders,” Lambert said. “Their dedication to duty allows us the freedoms and security we enjoy every day. We owe these courageous men and women a tremendous debt of gratitude.”
The breakfast is 7 to 9 a.m. at the South Central Bank Operations Center at 501 S.L. Rogers Wells Blvd., on Friday, Nov. 8.
There will also be a brief program.
