Glasgow High School students will perform “Legally Blonde The Musical” at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 2 p.m. on Sunday in the GHS auditorium.
Senior Ellie Ball, who is playing the lead role of Elle Woods, said this production is very similar to the movie, “except everything is turned into a big musical number.”
“The audience can expect a lot of energy,” Ball said. “A lot of singing, lots of dancing.”
Senior Harrison Belcher, who is playing Warner Huntington III, described this show as “high energy.”
“Almost every single song is super upbeat, and we’re just going to have a lot of fun.”
Traigen Simmons, another senior who is playing Emmett Forrest, said audience members can expect a lot of laughing.
“It’s a very fun, funny show,” he said. “Everyone’s always smiling on stage and bringing the energy. So, the audience, if you can bring it back it’s going to be amazing.”
