The Barren County Fiscal Court is going to meet at 10 a.m. on Dec. 20 with only two real things on their agenda, which is to discuss medical marijuana use and county employees.
According to the resolution the county will prohibit medical cannabis use for county employees, even those who are registered cardholders.
Medical cannabis will be legal in Kentucky for registered cardholders on Jan. 1.
