Howard Polson, 91, of Scottsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at his son’s residence. He was a son of the late Glan and Annie Broady Polson. He was retired from BASF and an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He will be remembered for his love of Nascar and fishing.
He is survived by his son: Garry W. Polson and his wife Kathy; eight grandchildren: Grant Polson and his wife Katie, Meredith Polson, Konnor Polson, Madeline Polson Harper and her husband Dillon, Mitchell Polson, Brooke Morgan and her husband Paul, Morgan Polson and Joshua Polson; four great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law: Laura Polson; sister-in-law: Dorris Polson; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife: Peggy Madeline Staples Polson; one son: James Howard Polson; two brothers: Stanley Polson and Wayne Polson
Funeral will be 5 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2025 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral home. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Sunday until time for services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
