A March 13 trespassing complaint led to a drug arrest, according to a Glasgow Police Department press release.

Police officers made contact with 47-year-old Sharon West on East Main Street in reference to a trespassing complaint they had received, the release states. The officers “confirmed that she had been giving a trespass notice” and searched her person, which led to the discovery of “drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.”

She was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

West’s court date is scheduled for March 17, according to the Barren County Detention Center.
