People have a chance to win a $10,000 utility terrain vehicle thanks to a raffle hosted by the nonprofit Donate Life KY Trust.
Ticket sales for the 2023 Axis UTV opens today, June 9, and remains open until Aug. 19. Tickets are $50 a piece, according to the event flyer. The drawing will be held on Aug. 20 at 2 p.m. in Louisville — a person does not have to be present to win, though the winner will need to pick up the UTV in the Louisville area, the flyer states.
Tickets can be purchased on the Donate Life website.
Barren County Circuit Clerk Julie Wright Jolly said she encourages “fellow Barren Countians to donate.”
“Fundraisers like this for Donate Life Kentucky Trust is vital to help this organization continue with their mission to help so many people. In 2023 alone, 320 lives were saved through transplants at UK and UofL Jewish Hospitals—and 192 of those lifesaving organs came from registered donors.”
