A car show will close the Glasgow Public Square on Saturday, Oct. 11.
Glasgow Police Department Public Information Officer Terry Flatt said the Square will close at 6 a.m. and remain closed until the event is over, which will be around 2 p.m. that afternoon.
The event causing this closure is Glasgow Renaissance’s “Cruise into Fall” car show. The 25th annual car show will feature classic cars, trucks, street-rods, antique tractors and antique motor cycles, according to the event flyer, with registration beginning at 8 a.m. and lasting until noon at the Barren County Courthouse gazebo.
This is a free event that will last from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Donations will be accepted.
