One person has been arrested in connection with a shooting on Frazier Avenue on Friday.
Braxton Haley, 21, of Glasgow, has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of Justin Satterly.
Glasgow police responded to Frazier Avenue on Friday on a call of a man having been shot. Upon arrival, officers determined that an altercation had taken place that allegedly led to Haley shooting Satterly.
Satterly was transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital by Barren-Metcalfe EMS. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Haley was arrested at the scene and charged with murder, according to a Saturday morning press release from the police department.
Haley was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center where he remained Saturday morning. He has an initial court appearance scheduled for Dec. 30 at 9 a.m. with a $750,000 cash bond, according to the jail website.
The arrest was made by Officer John DuBarry.
The case remains under investigation.
