T.J. Regional Health and Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College, both with a presence in Glasgow, have been named among the winners in the annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky program.

The program is designed to identify employers that are “doing things right and creating cultures that make employees proud to be a part of them,” according to the Workforce Research Group, which conducts the annual survey along with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.

Officials say the recognition highlights workplace policies, practices and employee satisfaction across the state.

T.J. Regional Health appears on the list in the large employer category, while Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College is recognized in the medium employer category. The three categories in the program are based on the number of employees each organization has, according to the Workforce Research Group.

To determine the winners, the program uses a two-part survey process. Part one is an employer assessment, where the organization provides details about its policies and practices. Part two is an employee feedback survey, which gathers workers’ opinions about their workplace experience. Data from both components are combined to identify the employers that qualify for the Best Places to Work in Kentucky list.

The newly released list of winners is not ranked. Organizers say the specific rankings for each employer will be announced during an awards dinner scheduled for June 18, 2026.
