The charges against Brandon Bond, who has been arrested for the shooting that took place on Cleveland Avenue on Monday, have been upgraded following the death of a woman and her unborn child that he allegedly shot.
Bond is now charged with murder (domestic violence), first-degree fetal homicide and first-degree fleeing or evading police.
The woman has been identified as 22-year-old Ava Woodcock, according to a Glasgow police press release.
Woodcock and her unborn child died earlier this morning at the University of Louisville hospital, according to the release.

The woman who was shot on Cleveland Avenue yesterday has died, according to Glasgow Police Department Public Information Officer Terry Flatt.
Flatt said the department is working to get the charges against Bond updated.

Brandon Bond, from Glasgow, has a $1 million cash bond, according to the Barren County Detention Center.

The unborn child of the woman who was shot in Glasgow on Monday afternoon has died, according to Glasgow Police Department Public Information Officer Terry Flatt. The mother remains in critical condition.
Additional charges remain under investigation.

A man has been charged with attempted murder following a shooting that took place on Cleveland Avenue on April 6.
Twenty-five-year-old Brandon Lee Bond shot a woman with a handgun while she was sitting in her vehicle after a domestic incident, according to Glasgow Police Department Public Information Officer Terry Flatt. Bond then fled the scene while armed with the handgun. He was located inside a wooded area near Mid-State Recycling and was taken into custody.
The unnamed woman was taken to T.J. Samson Community Hospital and later flown to the University of Louisville Hospital with “life threatening injuries,” according to Flatt. The woman was confirmed to be pregnant, the release stated.
Bond is charged with first-degree attempted murder-domestic violence, first-degree attempted fetal homicide and first-degree fleeing/evading police, according to Flatt.
The arrest was made by officer Colton Riley, assisted by other GPD units, Barren County Sheriff’s Office, Drug Task Force Units and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Bond has a pending bond status and has a court appearance scheduled for April 8 at 9 a.m., according to the Barren County Detention Center.

A man is in custody after a reported shooting in Glasgow.
The Glasgow Police Department responded Monday afternoon to the scene of a shooting on Cleveland Avenue near the intersection with S.L. Rogers Wells Boulevard.
Law enforcement caught a suspect after a search, according to the police scanner and later confirmed by Terry Flatt, public information officer for Glasgow police.
“One male subject is in custody at this time,” Flatt said in a press release. “There is no danger to the community.
“The incident remains very active.”
The person shot was transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital, according to the press release.
No other information is available at this time.
