Glasgow Middle School students recently took home several awards from the junior Beta state convention.
Cooper Davis won in Pottery, Harper Gaffney placed second in Speech and Piper Eicher finished third in Poetry.
The following students placed fourth in their respective competitions: Arden Mallory in Drawing; Asher Guy, 6th Grade Language Arts; Oliver Chaney, 6th Grade Science; and Nova Wells in 8th Grade Spelling.
Taft Dickerson won fifth place in 6th Grade Computer Science Principles.
