State Police Post 3 announces new Public Information Officer

Kentucky State Police Post 03 would like to welcome Trooper Katan Parker as it’s new Public Affairs Officer.

Trooper Parker is a five-year veteran of the Kentucky State Police and has been assigned to Post 03 for four years. Trooper Parker is a graduate of Warren East High School and a resident of Warren County.

Post 03 serves Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Simpson and Warren Counties. Parker is taking the place of Daniel Priddy, who held the public information officer position for almost two decades.

“I would like to congratulate Trooper Daniel Priddy on a successful 19 year career with the Kentucky State Police and we wish him the best as he embarks upon his next chapter in life.” Said Post 03 commander Captain Tim Adams. “We are excited to have Trooper Parker step into the role as the Public Affairs Officer and look forward to seeing him grow in to this position as time moves forward.”

“I will always look fondly upon the memories of my time with the Kentucky State Police and look forward to embarking upon new endeavors.” Said Trooper Daniel Priddy.
