On Jan. 9, the Glasgow Police Department responded to the Glasgow Preschool Academy Bus Garage located on West Cherry Street.
After investigation, it was determined that Dustin Wooten of Glasgow Ky. had walked up to a bus that was inside the bus parking lot and forcefully opened the bus door and made entry onto the bus. The bus driver(s) was able to remove him from the bus and detain him until the officers arrived.
There were no students on the bus at the time of this incident.
Dustin N. Wooten of Glasgow was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication Control Substance, Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest. He is currently lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
The arrest was made by Sgt. Mason Wethington.
