Because of heating issues at the Historic Plaza Theatre in downtown Glasgow, Niko Moon’s concert scheduled for Jan. 27 is being postponed.
“It was a sad thing because 800 tickets to come to the theater in the middle of winter in Glasgow was a big disappointment for 800 people at least,” said Mayor Henry Royse during Glasgow’s City Council meeting on Jan. 23. “But we have to play the card that we were dealt, and I think that we’re going at it as fast as we possibly can.”
As of now, a new date has not been released, but is anticipated to be scheduled for fall of 2024.
“They’re looking at November dates. Because it’s so far off, we decided to refund the ticket sales and start it as a new show when we get a new date,” said Plaza Director Carolyn Glodfelter.
