Thursday morning a crowd gathered at 1400 South Green St. in Glasgow to cut the ribbon and celebrate the new and improved location for 17 year old, Bodie Janes, the Barefoot Farmer of Finney Holler.
Janes started growing a garden at the age of 14 during the pandemic.
“We started by selling my vegetables at the farmers market, but thought we could do better independently,” Janes said. For a couple of seasons, Janes sold his produce at Wyatt’s Oil just a few yards away from his new location. To learn more about what Janes does and his hours and current offerings, click here.
