Barren County freshman Ross Reed will join 100 high school students from across the United States that will travel to Walt Disney World Resort in March as part of the Disney Dreamers Academy Class of 2025.
The academy “connects students with industry professionals, Disney executives, and educators, offering workshops and seminars to help them develop skills in leadership, communication, and networking.”
“We’re excited to help these students pursue their dreams by providing them with the resources and support they need,” said Shannon Smith-Conrad, Walt Disney World Ambassador.
Each participant was chosen from thousands of applicants based on essays describing their goals and aspirations. Students, along with a parent or guardian, will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Walt Disney World Resort. The academy will take place from Mar. 26-30.
