A woman was cited for marijuana possession and operating a vehicle on a suspended license after her 2005 BMW struck a pedestrian on the Glasgow Public Square on Tuesday morning, Jan. 28.
The Glasgow police received a call of a vehicle versus a pedestrian Tuesday morning, according to a press release from the Glasgow Police Department. On the scene, officers found that Angela Delk was hit by a vehicle driven by Brenna Ennis. Delk was crossing the Glasgow East Public Square when the BMW driven by Ennis hit her. Ennis was traveling eastbound around the square when the collision occurred.
Delk was transported to T.J Samson Community Hospital by Barren-Metcalfe Emergency Medical Services, according to the press release.
Glasgow officer Trey Wyatt investigated the crash.
