LEGAL NOTICE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Glasgow Water Company (GWC) will receive sealed bids for mowing and grounds maintenance. Bids will be received at the office of the General Manager, 301 West Main Street, Glasgow, KY 42141 until 11:00 a.m. CDT, Monday, March 10th, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bidding Documents may be obtained by prospective bidders beginning Thursday, February 20th, 2025, at the GWC Office during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CDT Mondays through Fridays until the time of the bid. Digital downloads of the Bidding Documents will also be available on the same date upon request. Bidders will be required to complete a mandatory site visit with a member of the GWC prior to the Bid opening.
Only prospective Bidders who have acquired Bidding Documents from the GWC will be registered as official Bidders. Late bids will not be accepted nor returned. The Glasgow Water Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
