Nominations are now open for Barren Inc.’s Achievement in Business Awards.
The five awards aim to recognize “someone or a business that embodies excellence.” The awards are small business person of the year, the Magnolia Award — which Erin Hiles, director of Programs and Events, said is aimed toward a female community leader — small business of the year, farmer of the year and administrative professional of the year.
The Achievement in Business will take place on March 27 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Glasgow/Barren County. Barren Inc. will also have an Achievement in Business Awards luncheon on May 8 at the Willow Oaks Golf Club with “keynote address[es] from the Small Business Person of the Year and the Magnolia recipients.”
March 7 is the deadline to submit nominations, which are available here.
