Students at Red Cross Elementary got a special treat Wednesday.

Pete Dunlap with Sparkpoint Innovations gave an interactive presentation on astronomy and the solar system.

Red Cross teacher Scott Johnson said his presentation gave the students a more hands-on approach to core scientific lessons and said he hoped the presentation at least sparked the student’s curiosity.
