Mary Colleen Hudson Moran, daughter of the late Curtis Hudson and Jacqueline McGinnis “Jackie” Hudson, was born on Thursday, March 30, 1950 in Louisville and departed this life on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Green River Trails Nursing Home. She was 75 years, 2 months, and 25 days of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and worked as a Nurse for Dr. Desimone for many years. She was a loving Gran, although the kids called her “GaGa”. Colleen loved to cook delicious meals for her family and loving on her puppy dogs.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years: Ronnie D. Moran having united in marriage on February 24, 1968.
Other survivors include her daughter and son-in-law: Buffy Scantland and Jay of Greensburg; three grandchildren: Jai Cassidy Decker and Evan, Cain Hudson Scantland and Beth, and Caden Lane Scantland all of Greensburg; two great grandchildren: Tripp Hudson Decker and Evie Tress Decker both of Greensburg; a special caregiver: Tammy Cooper; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Mary Colleen Hudson Moran will be conducted at 1 P.M., Central Time, Friday, June 27, 2025 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in Greensburg Cemetery. Bro. Scott Coats and Bro. Clifton Sullivan officiating.
Visitation is requested after 10 A.M., Central Time, Friday at the funeral home until time of the service.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
