Money seems to be the main topic of discussion for the Sept. 16 Barren County Fiscal Court.
After the usual public official, department and committee reports, the county magistrates will vote on a number of invoices and payments, including a payment of $15,555 to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company for interest on the 2010 Samson Street Jail Bonds, a payment of $18,265 to Truist Bank CTES for the 2015 jail bonds and two invoices from Frontline Emergency Lighting for $16,271.24 each.
