One person was transported to Nashville after a two-vehicle collision on Sunday, Oct. 12,
The collision happened at the intersection of Hutcherson Road and North Jackson Highway, according to Glasgow police. Hutcherson Road intersects North Jackson Highway near the entrance of the Willow Oaks Golf Club.
“The investigation revealed that a 2013 Ford F150 Truck being operated by Jacob Dennison struck the rear bumper area of a 2011 Ford F350 being operated by Haley Bryson,” a Glasgow Police Department press release stated.
Bryson was transported by the Barren-Metcalfe EMS to T.J. Samson Community Hospital and then transported to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville for further treatment.
No other injuries were reported, and seat belts were in use, according to the police department.
The collision was investigated by Officer Hunter Seiler, assisted by the Barren-Metcalfe EMS and the Glasgow Fire Department.
