Florida man indicted for flipping vehicles at Treasure Trove Park

Seventy-Six-year-old Roy Spiker has been indicted by a Barren County grand jury on five counts of first-degree criminal mischief.

His case was forwarded to a grand jury on Sept. 4 by district judge Gabe Pendleton. Spiker was arrested by Cave City police on Aug. 23 after he used a skid steer to flip over several vehicles at Treasure Trove Park in Cave City while gathering his belongings, Cave City Police Chief Paul Reynolds said at the time.

The Florida resident has a Barren County Circuit Court arraignment scheduled for Jan. 5, 2026, according to the arraignment filed in the circuit court clerk’s office on Nov. 19.
