A Glasgow man has been charged with murder in connection with a crash on Interstate 65 in Hart County in May 2025.
The indictment warrant was served by the Kentucky State Police on Jan. 6, according to court documents. Thirty-one-year-old Cory Bowles, of Glasgow, was arrested for a two-vehicle collision at the 59-mile marker of southbound Interstate 65. Kinsli Bowles, a passenger in Cory Bowles’s vehicle, died on July 5 due to her injuries sustained in the crash.
Cory Bowles was arrested initially on two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and one count of fourth-degree assault, according to Glasgow News 1 reporting at the time. The Jan. 6 warrant charges Cory Bowles with murder.
His arraignment in Hart County Court is scheduled for Jan. 20 at 9 a.m., according to the Kentucky Court of Justice website. Cory Bowles has a $500,000 cash bond, according to the Barren County Detention Center.
