Glasgow Garden Club members Sonja Woodcock, Glenda Eaton and Linda Craiger attended the Garden Club of Kentucky State Convention at Boone Tavern in Berea this week, including the awards presentation Wednesday morning. The club submitted 12 applications for awards and came home with three first-place, five third-place, and three honorable-mention ribbons.
Glasgow Garden Club will be celebrating its 90th anniversary in June. The members are preparing for a celebration that will be open to the public, with more details to be announced soon.
