Multiple people are injured, and a juvenile is in critical condition, following a two-vehicle collision on Scottsville Road that happened over the weekend.
Public Information Officer Katan Parker with the Kentucky State Police Post 3 confirmed to Glasgow News 1 that troopers responded to the collision at 6:49 p.m. on March 6 at the bridge leading into Allen County on U.S. 31-E south of Glasgow.
In the head-on collision Jamie Morgan, of Glasgow, and two juveniles were airlifted to Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville, according to Parker, with one juvenile being in critical condition. John Furlong, of Glasgow, Leah Johnson, of Scottsville, and one juvenile — all of whom were in the other vehicle — were taken to T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
At the time, that portion of Scottsville Road was shut down while first responders worked the scene and investigators documented the crash. It remained closed until approximately 10:58 p.m.
