Kids Day celebrated at YMCA

No community celebration is complete without face painting, as children, and a few adults, sported colorful designs created by the Y’s staff and volunteers. For Glasgow News 1

Held Saturday, May 9, the Barren County Family YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day also featured more than 40 local vendors. Gage Wilson/For Glasgow News 1

Vendors offered a wide range of goods throughout the event, from handmade jewelry and lemonade to baked desserts and sweet treats. Gage Wilson/For Glasgow News 1

Homemade creations filled several booths, including stuffed animals, crocheted items and sock puppets geared toward children and families. Gage Wilson/For Glasgow News 1
