Farmers RECC has selected longtime employee and Glasgow native Chuck Bishop as the electric cooperative’s next president and chief executive officer. According to the Farmers RECC Board of Directors, Bishop will succeed Tobias “Toby” Moss, who is retiring after serving as president and CEO since 2023.
Bishop has been employed with Farmers RECC since 1994. He began his career there as an engineering aide, later becoming an associate engineer and then an engineering supervisor before moving into his current role as vice president of engineering in 2010.
