Cave City announced the closure of a railroad crossing on Thursday. According to a post on social media, CSX Transportation is closing the railroad crossing at Broadway Street and Mammoth Cave. The closure was caused by a mechanical failure, according to the post. The crossing will be closed for an undetermined amount of time.
The railroad crossing at Broaway Street and Mammoth Cave Street has now been reopened.
