Billy Vaughn Meredith
Billy Vaughn Meredith, age 69, of Glasgow, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at TJ Samson Community Hospital. He loved fishing, playing the guitar, and camping. Billy was a proud Veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He attended the Way Church in Horse Cave, and he loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gray Vaughn Meredith, and Wilma Jaggers Meredith.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Meredith; three daughters, Tammy Meredith, Elisha Morrison, and Tonya Harbin; several grandchildren; six siblings, Mary Church, David Meredith, Steven Meredith, Jimmy Meredith, Michael Meredith, and Lisa Meredith; several nieces and nephews; and many brothers and sisters in Christ.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Winn Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by the DAV Ch. 20 of Glasgow. Visitation is Sunday, from noon until 4 p.m. and will continue after 10 a.m. on Monday until the time of the service at 1 p.m.
