Man involved in Glasgow motorcycle crash dies

The man who was driving a motorcycle during a two-vehicle crash Sunday in Glasgow has died, according to a family member’s social media post.

Below is the original reporting from a Glasgow Police Department press release.

Dakota Dixon Lee was driving a 2005 Harley-Davidson eastbound, according to a Glasgow Police Department preliminary investigation released Sunday afternoon. Linda Hurt attempted to make a left turn from Bowen Avenue onto East Main Street and the vehicles collided.

Lee was was transported from the scene by Barren-Metcalfe Emergency Medical Services with life-threatening injuries, according to a police press release. Hurt was transported for minor injuries. Lee died Tuesday.
