Kent Alexander Blackburn, 35, of Glasgow died Friday, April 28, 2023, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. Kent was born May 21, 1987, in Glasgow to the late Walter Blackburn and Tina Poindexter Evans, who survives.
He worked for Tree KO Tree Service and was a huge Rams, Dodgers and Louisville fan. Kent was an extremely hard worker and was loved by so many. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his girlfriend, Lindsey Kidd; stepchildren, Kellan and Kamden Kidd; sister, Alexis “Nikki” Sherfey (Kyle); brothers, Mark Blackburn and Casey Evans (Shelby); stepdad, David Evans; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service is at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Bristletown Cemetery. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday from at the funeral home.

Justin Hunter 34, of Glasgow died Monday, May 1, 2023, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He is a son of Connie Crockett Garcia and the late Richard Paul Hunter Sr.
Survivors include his significant other, Pamela Graham; stepdaughter, Sabrina Poynter; two brothers, Brian Lloyd and Richard Paul Hunter Jr.; and two sisters, Amanda McGaha and Kristen Lakes.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a son, Mathew Hunter; twin brother, Dustin Hunter; and a niece, Sarah Hunter.
Funeral service is at noon Friday, May 5, 2023, at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation is after 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
