Thursday September 14 saw the official grand opening of Mills Real Estate & Auction Co.’s Glasgow office on Happy Valley Rd. The long established business, which grew from its first Scottsville location, was founded by Russell Mills and his wife, Sandy, after Russell began his real estate and auction career in 1995.
