Latasha Nicole Bejarano Beaza
Latasha Nicole Bejarano Baeza, 34, Fountain Run died Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, surrounded by her family. She was a daughter of Lela Flannery Penwell and the late Billy Walter Peters.
Survivors include her husband, Isreal Bejarano Baeza; daughter, Lexi Guadalupe Bejarono Baeza; her mother, Lela Flannery Penwell; her stepfather, Terry Allen Penwell; two brothers, Brandon Collins (Lisa) and Johnny Ray Peters (Maryann); two sisters, Brandy Muncy (Lynn) and Amanda Ziber; uncle, Lino Baeza Mazaba; cousin, Victor Ortiz Aleman; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Johnny and June Peters, and two brothers, Ricky Peters and Tyler Peters.
Memorial service is at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Tracy York Murrell, 39, of Columbia died Sunday, April 21, 2024, as the result of an automobile accident on Ky. 55 in Taylor County.
She was born Oct. 9, 1984, in Adair County to the late Phillip York and Pamela Kay Helm York. Tracy was a home resource coordinator for Heritage Family Services in Campbellsville.
Survivors include her husband, Cameron Murrell of Columbia; her special children, Daezon Scholl of Greensburg and Jodessi Withaar of Chicago, Illinois; her dad, Tim Baker (Vicki) of Columbia; her mother-in-law, Michelle Bardin Kearney (Danny) of Columbia; her father-in-law, Mike Murrell (Susan) of Richmond; her God-send sister, Tabitha Hanley of Columbia; her sisters-in-law, Cara Hardin (Josh) and their children, Everly and Chloe Murell, all of Columbia; and a host of cousins, other relatives, fur babies and friends.
Funeral service is at 11 a.m. Friday, April 26, 2024, at at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in Columbia, with Bros. Jamie Bryant and Mike Helm officiating. Visitation begins after 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Frances Whitley
Frances M. Whitley, 85, of Smiths Grove died Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Barren County Health & Rehabilitation Center. A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late James and Aline Payne Lowe. She was a retired employee of R.R. Donnelley & Sons and a member of the Shiloh General Baptist Church. She was an avid flower gardener.
Survivors include three children, Darrell Whitley (Beth) of Colorado and Ricky Whitley (Sheila) and Leisha Beckham (Jeff), all of Smiths Grove; four grandchildren, Brian Beckham (Marnie), Brandie McGuire (Travis), Lela Whitley, and Miranda Whitley; 10 great-grandchildren, Mallory, Molly and Jenson Beckham, Braydon, Brylee and Bryn Groce, Mallie and Malachi Whitley, Corbin McGuire, and Remi Mutter; one brother, Jerry Lowe (Judy) of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Albert Whitley; one grandson, Daniel Whitley; one sister, Dorothy Madison; and three brothers, Junior Lowe, Wesley Lowe and Steve Lowe.
Funeral service is at 1 p.m. Saturday at Shiloh General Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. Arrangements are entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
