Several students from the Barren County Area Technology Center competed at the SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference in Atlanta. Two of them returned home with awards.
Austin Sullivan took fourth place in Sheet Metal, and Willie Johns won fifth place in Industrial Motor Controls.
“We are incredibly proud of Austin, Willie, and all of the our competitors who represented BCATC SkillsUSA and Kentucky SkillsUSA at nationals,” the technology center posted on social media. “Congratulations on a job well done, and thank you for representing BCATC and Kentucky so well!”
