A person was injured and transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital on Monday afternoon when an electric bike they were riding crashed.
Unofficially, the rider was going downhill east on Sam Terry Avenue and attempted to stop at the intersection with College Street and crashed.
Glasgow police, Glasgow fire department and Barren-Metcalfe Emergency Medical Services personnel responded to the crash.
The police have not released an official account of the crash as of Tuesday morning.
