Kentucky State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that happened overnight at Barren River State Park.
Post 3 Public Information Officer Katan Parker confirmed the state police are the lead investigators on the crash in which a person drowned. Parker said state police responded to the scene about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. No other information on the cause of the crash, or other details were available.
Several agencies were dispatched after midnight, according to the 911 report, including the Barren County Search and Rescue Squad, which conducts water rescues.
